Weddings & Commitment Ceremonies

Making a vow to another person either through marriage or a commitment ceremony is one of the biggest life-changing decisions you will make.

Regardless of the vision you hold for your special day -- large, small; formal or informal; multi-cultural, interfaith or secular -- choosing the right person to officiate is very important.

Since the ceremony is the heart of your day, you'll want to work with someone who will customize it by including your personal story and vows, ring vows, and cultural or unity rituals of your choosing.

With your help, I will create a Celebrant ceremony that honors your vision and gives voice to your story by highlighting themes and suggesting poetry, prose and music.

Whether you are on a beach, in a garden, a chapel, a hotel, indoors or out, the ceremony content will be designed just for you. No one else will ever have a ceremony like yours.
 

Vow Renewals

A vow renewal ceremony is a perfect way for couples who made their vows years ago to commit themselves again publicly. As with other couples’ ceremonies, I will work with you to create a vow renewal personalized to your vision. It can have elements of your original ceremony or be completely different.  

Ceremony Options Standard Ceremony is pre-written and used in weddings when the couple does not want personalization. The couple may write their own vows or choose vows from other provided sources. This option is for the budget-minded couple.   Celebrant Ceremony is an upgrade in service and has a higher fee from the above. It includes personalization created from a questionnaire; suggested unity rituals based on cultural, religious or traditional values; prose and poetry; vows written by the couple or chosen from provided sources; editing until ceremony is exactly to the couples specifications.
